Job summary

Pen Manufacturing, a prominent Southern California contract manufacturer, seeks an entrepreneurial leader to own the business end-to-end and drive growth across aerospace, defense, and infrastructure markets.

You will manage P&L with ownership of revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow, lead pricing and margins, and build a high-caliber leadership team while expanding into new markets and improving factory utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing business through growth and cash-conscious expansion.
• Proven ability to manage working capital and protect cash flow while balancing growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and drive revenue growth, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Lead sales, pricing, and customer relationships; build a predictable sales pipeline.
• Oversee operations, production, quality, and engineering; hire and develop leaders.
