Job summary

Compass Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead growth across healthcare services in the United States. You will craft and execute strategic sales plans, build a high-performing team of sales leaders, and sponsor top pursuits, from qualification through negotiation and transition.

The role requires deep healthcare market knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of driving revenue, profitability, and pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

Seven+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
Experience selling to hospital and health system executives is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an annual and multi-year enterprise sales strategy.
Lead and develop a team of sales leaders and quota-carrying professionals.
Provide executive sponsorship for major pursuits and complex negotiations.
Ensure accurate CRM adoption, pipeline coverage, and forecast discipline.
Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and marketing to deliver differentiated client solutions.
Maintain executive relationships with key healthcare clients and stakeholders.
