Compassus is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Home Health, to lead a multi-state portfolio, drive clinical performance, growth, and financial health while upholding our culture of care and building high-performing teams.

We expect a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business, with a Master’s preferred; 10+ years in healthcare leadership, including 5+ in senior home health operations; a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50–80%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive healthcare leadership, including at least 5 years in senior operational leadership within home health or post-acute care.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.

• Lead operational performance of a multi-state home health portfolio and drive clinical, financial, growth, and people objectives.
• Direct regional and market leaders in executing strategic priorities and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and monitor KPIs to address gaps.
• Drive growth, strengthen referrals, and optimize acquisitions and de novo locations.
