Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in healthcare administration or MBA with at least 5 years in senior executive roles within a large physician group, and a proven track record in managing ancillary services like PT and MRI.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required (MHA or MBA) or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior executive leadership in a large physician practice.
• Experience optimizing profitable ancillary service lines (PT, MRI) and negotiating payer contracts.

• Strategic Leadership: develop and execute long-term plans to maintain independence and market position.
• Operational Excellence: oversee daily operations of clinical and ancillary departments for efficiency and patient experience.
• Financial Management: lead revenue cycle, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning for a multi-million-dollar enterprise.
• Hospital Relations: act as liaison with regional hospital systems for coverage and co-management.
• Provider Relations & Recruitment: support recruitment and onboarding of orthopedic surgeons and APPs.
• Team Development: lead and mentor the executive team and staff to maintain high retention.
