Job summary

South Florida Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to guide its growth across multiple locations. The role requires strategic, operational, and financial leadership to align physician owners, executives, and staff around a common vision.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, capital planning, and performance KPIs, while driving efficiency and service line expansion across the Treasure Coast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading a complex, multi-site healthcare or physician practice.
• Strong financial background with budgets, cash flow and profitability.
• Experience working with physician owners, boards, or executive committees.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the organization.
• Partner with physician shareholders and the Executive Committee on growth and major decisions.
• Oversee multiple clinical locations, ancillary service lines, and affiliated entities.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and financial reporting leadership.
• Drive revenue growth, expense management, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee operations, finance, revenue cycle, HR, IT, and business development.
• Monitor provider productivity, patient access, revenue cycle performance, and KPIs.
• Evaluate new service lines, partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.
• Build and develop a high-performing executive team and governance framework.
