The role requires a strategic leader with 5+ years in healthcare operations, experience with orthopedic service lines, and strong financial acumen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
- Experience leading orthopedic or musculoskeletal service lines preferred.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for multiple orthopedic practice locations.
- Partner with physicians and executive leadership to drive growth and quality.
- Monitor performance metrics to improve patient access and satisfaction.
- Lead change initiatives and implement new programs across the service line.
- Recruit and develop practice managers and operational leaders.
