The organization operates multiple clinical locations and affiliated entities throughout the Treasure Coast.
We are seeking an accomplished and financially sophisticated Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Managing Partner, Executive Committee, and physician shareholders the ideal candidate is a proven healthcare executive with strong financial and business acumen, experience managing complex physician organizations, and the ability to lead multiple locations, service lines, and business entities.
This individual will be a strategic business leader who is equally comfortable working with physician shareholders, evaluating complex financial information, and making decisions that improve the long-term performance of the organization.
The CEO must be collaborative, financially disciplined, operationally strong, and capable of leading a complex organization through growth and change.
