Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Nursing, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for multiple orthopedic practice locations and execute strategic plans for growth and patient care.
• Build strong relationships with orthopedic physicians and leaders to support growth and address operational challenges.
• Monitor performance and manage staffing, budgets, equipment, and resources to ensure operational excellence.
