This remote role leads ERM, insurance, surety, claims, and alternative risk financing initiatives to strengthen the company’s risk profile and reduce total cost of risk, collaborating across Operations, Legal, Finance, and Safety. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of enterprise/construction risk management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale insurance and risk financing programs.
• Proven track record partnering with executive leadership and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance the ERM framework and risk reporting.
• Partner with Operations and Preconstruction to assess project risks.
• Oversee insurance programs including renewal strategy and pricing.
• Develop captive and alternative risk financing strategies and TCOR models.
• Lead surety bonding strategy and manage relationships with surety providers.
• Oversee claims management, loss prevention, and risk governance.
