Job summary

Stanley Consultants seeks a Program Management Director to lead and grow its enterprise program management practice across markets, aligning executive leadership with client service teams to deliver high-value advisory and PMO services.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, set governance standards, and drive strategic growth while partnering with market leaders to expand major programs nationally, including CIP projects and owner’s representation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressively responsible program/ project management experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven success growing program management, PMO, CIP, and owner’s representative services.
• Experience supporting municipal, transportation, water, energy, federal, or industrial infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies.
• Define strategic vision, service offerings, and standards for program management services.
• Oversee governance frameworks, risk management, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Develop career pathways and mentor senior program managers and market leaders.
• Advance client relationships and pursue large-scale, multi-year engagements.
