Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Program Management Director to lead and grow the enterprise program management practice across markets, serving as a bridge between executive leadership and delivery teams. The role focuses on expanding advisory services, PMO, CIP, and owner's representative capabilities for diverse sectors.

The successful candidate will mentor leaders, shape governance, and drive client engagements while ensuring delivery excellence and strategic growth across Stanley's markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across all markets and geographies.
• Establish strategic vision, growth objectives, service offerings, and operational standards for program management services.
• Provide executive oversight and advisory support to high-profile programs and strategic client initiatives.
• Promote consistency and excellence in program execution across markets and business units.
• Mentor project managers, portfolio managers, market leaders, and client service managers in program management principles.
