Job summary

Stanley Consultants in Des Moines, IA, seeks a Program Management Director to build and scale an enterprise program management practice across markets. You will align executive leadership with client service teams and project delivery to expand advisory and PMO capabilities.

The role requires deep leadership, ability to advise C-suite, grow multi-year engagements, and mentor a team of program and portfolio managers across transportation, water, energy, and federal sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, DBIA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of progressively responsible experience in program management or related fields, with 10 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies.
• Provide executive oversight and advisory support to major programs and client initiatives.
• Grow program management revenue, backlog, and multi-year engagements.
• Mentor project managers, portfolio managers, and market leaders in program management principles.
