Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Program Management Director to lead and grow our enterprise program management practice across markets. You will bridge executive leadership with delivery teams, expanding advisory, PMO, CIP management, and owner's representative services.

You will oversee major client programs in multiple sectors, mentor leaders, and build scalable processes while traveling to client sites and Stanley offices in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred where indicated.
• Certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, DBIA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of program/management experience in relevant sectors.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with municipal, transportation, water, energy, federal, or industrial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies.
• Establish strategic vision, growth objectives, service offerings, and standards for program management.
• Create scalable models for Owner's Representative, PMO, CIP, and related services.
• Develop tools, governance, and best practices to deploy across markets.
• Lead pursuits, client engagement, and strategic partnerships for large programs.
• Provide executive oversight and governance improvements for major client initiatives.
