Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Program Management Director to lead and grow the enterprise program management practice across markets. The role bridges executive leadership, market leaders, client service teams, and delivery personnel to expand advisory, PMO, CIP, and owner's representative services.

You will mentor teams and shape growth strategy while guiding major capital programs. The candidate will support Water, Transportation, Energy, Federal, and Infrastructure markets, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification such as PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, DBIA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of progressively responsible experience in program/project management and infrastructure delivery.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting municipal, transportation, water, energy, federal, or industrial infrastructure programs.
• Proven business development and client relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and advisory support to high-profile programs.
• Develop and lead Stanley's enterprise Program Management practice across markets.
• Establish standards for program reporting, financial management, quality, and client communications.
• Support successful delivery of major capital programs with high client satisfaction.
• Mentor project managers and develop career progression pathways.
