Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Program Management Director to build and grow a national enterprise program management practice. The role bridges executive leadership, market leaders, and delivery teams to drive advisory services, PMO, CIP management, and owner’s representation across energy, infrastructure, and transportation sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CCM, or DBIA are desirable.
• Minimum 18 years of progressively responsible experience in program management or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies.
• Define strategic vision, growth objectives, and service offerings for program management.
• Oversee governance, scheduling, risk management, and client communications for high‑value programs.
• Mentor project managers and leaders, develop career progression, and foster collaboration.
• Drive business development and key account expansion across Stanley's markets.
