Job summary

Stanley Consultants seeks a Program Management Director to build and grow an enterprise program management practice across markets. You will bridge executive leadership with delivery teams to expand advisory, PMO, CIP, and owner's representative services.

You will oversee governance, scheduling, risk, and client relationships while mentoring leaders and expanding national capabilities across water, transportation, energy, federal, and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, DBIA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of enterprise Program Management practice across markets and geographies.
• Define strategic vision, growth objectives, and standards for PM services.
• Develop tools, governance, and processes for scalable program management.
• Mentor managers and staff in program management principles and best practices.
