Job summary

LearnLux seeks a Sr. Manager, Client Implementations to own end-to-end global client launches, partnering with Sales and HR leaders to ensure smooth go-lives. You will build playbooks, lead kickoff calls, configure platforms, and guide post-launch engagement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience, expertise in employee benefits, and strong communication. Remote-first culture with equity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on implementation experience.
• Experience in the employee benefits industry.
• Global client relationships with cultural fluency.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder trust.
• Ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
• Fluency in Excel/Sheets and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Launch clients from pre-contract to go-live, building playbooks and workflows.
• Lead kickoff calls, platform configurations, milestone tracking, and client tasks.
• Advise HR/Benefits on engagement strategies to drive post-launch utilization.
• Maintain program visibility across multiple deployments and teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and FP&A teams.
