Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Investments, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of affordable housing development experience.
• Proven success structuring LIHTC transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead affordable housing developments from concept through stabilization.
• Structure and close complex financing transactions utilizing LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, HUD financing, and other funding sources.
• Identify, evaluate, and acquire new development opportunities; manage timelines and budgets.
