Job summary

Urban Edge Housing Corporation seeks a Senior Vice President of Real Estate to lead the organization's affordable housing strategy, development pipeline, and operations across Greater Boston.

This executive collaborates with Finance, Asset Management, Community Engagement, Resource Development, and Operations to deliver the development agenda, manage risk, and advance growth with a strong focus on equity and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive experience in affordable housing, real estate development, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Urban Edge's long-term real estate development strategy.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of affordable housing and mixed-use projects.
• Oversee all phases of development from site acquisition to occupancy and stabilization.
• Partner with Finance to ensure financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management align with strategy.
• Represent Urban Edge to government agencies, lenders, and community stakeholders.
