Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in affordable housing real estate development and/or real estate project management.
• Prior LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive expertise in land use, zoning, entitlement, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and take full accountability for the complete development process.
• Lead and execute land use and entitlement strategies.
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance to develop budgets and timelines.
