This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of development projects - from early-stage feasibility and entitlements through design, construction, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in real estate development, construction management, or related field; ideally senior housing, healthcare, or multifamily.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of development: feasibility, design, construction, closeout.
• Coordinate and manage third-party consultants: architects, engineers, planners.
• Manage zoning, entitlement, and permitting across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate construction projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Track project financial performance: cost, schedule, variance reporting.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and financial performance.
