Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions, development, or senior living operations.

• Strong understanding of project management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition and development strategy for the senior living portfolio.
• Source acquisition opportunities and lead financial underwriting.
• Manage all phases of due diligence and transaction management.
