Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking an Executive Leader to own the results of a defined area, develop leaders, and drive systemized excellence within the restaurant. You will set direction, build scalable processes, and model the culture that makes Chick-fil-A a great place to work.

You will lead with accountability and collaborate closely with the Operator and Executive Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong business performance.

As an Executive Leader, you'll own the results of your area of the
