Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc is seeking a Project Delivery Director to lead project teams on utility-scale solar and BESS projects. This hands-on role focuses on execution, cost control, and financial performance, requiring significant on-site presence and at least 50% travel.

The ideal candidate will have extensive EPC management experience and a strong business economics background. We offer a competitive salary range of $165,000-$200,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in project management.
• Experience in utility-scale PV solar and BESS project execution.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without needing visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project personnel on utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Provide guidance on project execution phases including schedule adherence.
• Achieve project milestones, budget targets, and regulatory requirements.

Skills

Leadership experience managing teams

Strong understanding of business economics
