Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead on-site EPC delivery for utility-scale PV projects. You will own the master schedule, manage budgets and contracts, and serve as the primary client liaison from NTP to COD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
10–15+ years of project management experience on utility-scale solar or large infrastructure EPC projects.
Proven track record delivering full lifecycle EPC contracts from NTP to COD.
Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management practices.
Experience with project management tools Primavera P6, Procore, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of on-site EPC projects (50MW–500MW+).
Own master project schedule, including critical path and milestones (NTP to COD).
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
Administer EPC contracts, manage change orders, and resolve disputes.
Provide regular updates to executives and clients, with KPI tracking and risk mitigation.
Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolutions.
