Responsibilities

• Lead NSL quality and process improvement initiatives and track results.
• Develop system-wide quality and patient-safety objectives with leadership.
• Ensure physician compensation models align with organizational goals.
• Oversee budget development, monitoring, and achievement of goals.
• Plan physician/APP productivity and manage performance against targets.
• Drive adoption of new delivery models and practice expansions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Advocate Health care models.
• Support leadership in clinical research and training programs.
