Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC, seeks an accomplished healthcare executive to serve on the Area senior management team. You will provide visionary leadership, supervise ambulatory and inpatient services, and partner with physicians to align clinical programs with NSL goals.

You will lead budgeting, performance reviews, and service line strategies, while advancing quality, patient safety, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership as a member of the Area’s senior management team.
• Lead monthly operation performance reviews and develop annual business plans.
• Oversee ambulatory and inpatient services across the care continuum.
• Support planning for new facilities or programs and integration of NSL operations.
• Coordinate with physician co-leaders to advance clinical programs and negotiate physician contracts.
• Manage administrative service line leaders, workforce strategy, and staff development.
• Collaborate on budgets and long-term capital planning.
• Identify value capture opportunities and monitor financial and quality metrics.
• Champion quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Support academic mission with research and education partnerships.
