Job summary

Advocate Health in the National Service Line of Neurosciences seeks a Vice President Service Line Clinical Administration for the North Carolina/Georgia Division. The role is based in North Carolina/Georgia with relocation available, ideally Charlotte, NC.

The leader will deliver strategic and operational leadership across the division, partnering with Department Chairs and service line admins to drive performance, growth, care delivery, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in healthcare quality initiatives and program development.
• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in a clinical discipline (Neurosciences preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the NSL Neurosciences across the North Carolina/Georgia Division.
• Partner with Department Chairs and service line admins to drive performance and care delivery.
• Oversee area clinical leaders and support specialty leaders in the division.
• Develop service line budgets and lead enterprise integration initiatives.
