Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Area Vice President, Service Line Administration to lead the National Service Line (NSL) strategy within the assigned Area, drive clinical quality, access, growth, and financial performance, and partner with enterprise leaders.

The role requires executive leadership of ambulatory and inpatient services, collaboration with physician co-leaders and partners, talent development, and continuous improvement to advance NSL goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare administrative experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing clinical operations or service lines in a complex healthcare system.
• Strong communication, analytical and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NSL strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Oversee ambulatory and inpatient services, improving quality and safety.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with physician leaders and manage contracts to support NSL goals.
