Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board Certification in a clinical discipline.
• Graduation from an accredited medical school.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, track NSL-specific Process Improvement and Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality leadership to develop system-wide strategic initiatives around quality and patient safety.
• Oversee physician manpower planning and recruitment liaison for alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage budget development, monitoring and achievement of budget goals.
• Lead deployment, spread and sustainability of new delivery models and practice consolidations.
