Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare administrative experience, including at least 5 years in management overseeing clinical operations or service lines.
• Strong communication and collaboration across leadership levels.
• Experience leading multispecialty service lines in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of Service Line senior management, providing leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Represents the Service Line in Division and Area initiatives related to access, teammate engagement, patient experience, and quality.
• Partners with leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and model financial impact of strategic programs and clinical initiatives.
• Leads monthly operational performance reviews, monitors budgets, analyzes variances, and implements corrective actions.
• Develops and implements annual business plans, growth strategies, and operational objectives aligned with Service Line and Area priorities.
• Oversees ambulatory services across the care continuum, ensuring clinical quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
