Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires 10 years of experience leading quality initiatives and programs across care settings.
• MD or DO degree with board certification required.
• Experience with healthcare delivery and quality metrics across the continuum of care.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, track and adjust NSL-specific process and quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality leadership to develop system-wide strategic quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure physician compensation models align with organizational goals and participate in the Physician Compensation Committee.
• Oversee budget development, monitoring and achievement of goals.
• Lead deployment of new delivery models and practice locations with final decision authority at the Enterprise NSL level.
• Develop and execute market growth strategies and provider growth plans to sustain high-quality, value-based care.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across nursing, pharmacy, labs and radiology to deliver the model of care.
