Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required.
• MBA, MHA or CPA preferred and may substitute years of experience.
• Experience in an academic medical center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Revenue analytics: monitor and analyze net and gross revenue and payor mix.
• Root cause analysis to explain variances and trends.
• Collaborate with CFOs and Finance leadership to identify trends and actions.
• Support contract strategy, planning, and leadership decisions.
• Coordinate net patient revenue budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage monthly audit, analysis, and reporting by Analysts.
• Perform system reconciliation to source systems and documents.
• Coordinate ad-hoc requests to meet deadlines.
• Lead and develop Financial Analysts.
