Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a skilled Analyst to coordinate, review and analyze accounts receivable and financial reports within the Patient Revenue Management Organization. You will identify trends, support leadership with recommendations, and act as a key resource for payor policies and system changes.

Responsibilities include testing system changes, monitoring claim trends, and preparing reports for DUHS and PDC leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, finance or related field required.
Minimum of four years of applicable experience.
Master's degree can substitute two years of experience.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; strong Excel/Office skills.
Knowledge of Epic and IT-related training/testing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, prepare and analyze complex accounts receivable and/or financial reports.
Identify process improvements and implement system changes.
Enter Service Now tickets for billing and collections changes.
Perform testing of system changes and validate production readiness.
Collaborate with DHTS Maestro Care to coordinate testing.
Serve as a technical resource for AR and financial data interpretation.
Lead committee meetings on AR and data operation improvements.
Prepare reports for PRMO, DUHS and PDC leadership.
