Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Revenue Cycle analytics and tools.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle workflows including claims processing, denials management, and net collection rate impacts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify revenue cycle improvement opportunities and ROI analyses.
• Lead PRMO discussions, evaluations, and prioritization of improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis using data tools (Tableau, etc.).
• Develop analytical models and dashboards with documentation.
• Support month-end Net Revenue Review and other reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement optimization opportunities within Epic.
