Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Implementation for Retirement Services to lead the RS Mid Core team, guiding end-to-end delivery for new and conversion clients. This client-facing role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong track record in high-velocity implementations.

You will mentor leaders, scale processes, and partner with sales, product, and operations to drive growth, improve quality, and ensure consistent client outcomes across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in implementation/operations
• Proven ability to lead large, complex programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated success in driving scale, quality, and revenue impact
• Experience in Retirement Services or similar industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation execution across a complex portfolio of Retirement Services work
• Drive strategy alignment with sales, product, and operations for key initiatives
• Develop and coach leaders within the implementation organization
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience across segments
