Job summary

ADP Retirement Services is hiring an Implementation Project Manager I. You will be the key client owner and single point of contact responsible for the project management of the entire 401k implementation and/or merger and acquisition for our clients, from the point of sale through the transition to on-going Client Services.

You will coordinate multiple internal departments, client and advisors to ensure a successful conversion, manage plan asset transfers, and guide the client through blackout

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client service/support or project management experience.
• High school diploma.
• This is an hourly position, so the ability to work overtime may be required at times.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong influence, prioritization, adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to apply recordkeeping and regulatory concepts and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 401k or retirement services experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple internal departments, client, financial advisors and prior recordkeeper to ensure a successful implementation.
• Perform welcome call and explain the implementation process to the client.
• Provide the client with a blackout notice and explain responsibilities.
• Manage transfer of plan assets and participant records.
• Establish Payroll Input call to review payroll deductions and compliance coding.
• Collaborate on missing information needed to complete conversion to ADP Retirement Services.
• Prepare and distribute conversion communications.
• Coordinate transition to Client Services.
