Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Retirement Services or related field.
• 5+ years leading managers, consultants, or teams.
• Deep knowledge of qualified retirement plan administration and ERISA.
• Experience with TPAs, financial advisors, fiduciary providers, plan sponsors.
• Ability to lead large-scale initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and use of performance metrics to drive results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• College degree is helpful but not required.
