ADP Retirement Services Implementation is seeking a Director, Strategic Support & Implementation Enablement to lead a diverse organization focused on analytics, readiness, and business transformation across Retirement Services.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive AI-enabled innovation, and build scalable support models, ensuring operational excellence, talent development, and measurable outcomes across the implementation portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams in complex environments.
• Translate operational data into executive-level insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence decisions.
• Demonstrated organizational transformation experience.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Advanced Excel skills and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Support organization and develop scalable strategies.
• Oversee executive reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Drive onboarding, curriculum design, and capability development.
• Guide enterprise process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Advance AI-enabled solutions and automation capabilities.
