Job summary

ADP Retirement Services seeks an Implementation Project Manager I to lead end-to-end 401(k) implementation and mergers for clients, from sale through transition to Client Services. You will coordinate multiple ADP departments and external advisors to ensure a smooth conversion.

Responsibilities include managing data transfers, client communications, and documentation per department standards, with emphasis on timely, compliant execution and a strong client relationship post-go-live.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client service/support or project management experience.
• High school diploma.
• This is an hourly position, so the ability to work overtime may be required at times.

Responsibilities

• Project manages work of several internal departments, client, financial advisors and client’s prior recordkeeper to ensure a successful implementation and acts as subject matter expert for all functional areas through ADP.
• Assist client with prior recordkeeper notification and liquidation date.
• Provide blackout notices and explain legal responsibilities to plan participants.
