Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering and Quality Engineering experience.
• 10+ years leading Quality Engineering or related engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in Quality Engineering architecture and enterprise-scale automation.
• Experience delivering complex financial services technology programs (Insurance/Annuities/Wealth).
• Experience spanning legacy and distributed systems, cloud, APIs, data dependencies.
• Experience integrating automated QE into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Experience transforming QA into automation-first QE capabilities.
• Experience with performance, scalability, resiliency, observability, and production validation.
• Experience applying AI-assisted engineering and intelligent automation to QE.
• Strong architectural judgment and credible communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Quality Engineering strategy, target-state architecture, and standards across Product Solutions.
• Establish environment and test data strategy for complex systems and third-party dependencies.
• Provide QE architecture and enablement leadership for large, multi-product programs.
• Build a strong QE organization and technical community with senior engineers and leaders.
• Clarify accountability between shared QE capabilities and domain engineering teams.
