Job summary

National Life Group is seeking a Quality Engineering (QE) Domain Lead to drive end-to-end quality across multiple business domains. You will lead and inspire QE delivery teams as part of a 100+ member group reporting to the Head of Quality Engineering.

The role requires strategic thinking, independence, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on test automation maturity and risk-aware delivery. Onsite four days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Understand the business “why” behind the solutions we deliver.
• Oversee the definition and execution of test plans.
