National Life Group seeks a QE Domain Lead to own end-to-end quality for a portfolio of business domains. You will lead a 100+ member QE team, drive test plans, and collaborate with engineering to resolve quality issues.

The role emphasizes independence, emotional intelligence and cross-functional influence. You will report to the Head of Quality Engineering and work with vendors and business units to meet quality objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 14+ years of technology experience in QE, software testing or related areas.
• 3–5 years leading a geographically dispersed global team.
• Life & Annuity insurance industry experience.
• Strong QE knowledge with ability to lead complex initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QE delivery teams and drive quality excellence.
• Oversee test plans definition and execution across domains.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve quality issues proactively.
• Mature test automation portfolio and traceability practices.
• Communicate quality metrics to senior management.
