Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of project controls for large, complex portfolios.
• Experience with integrated design-build or alternative delivery models.
• Experience leading enterprise platforms, data integration, dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance across units.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models across planning through closeout.
• Strengthen cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, and commercial controls.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive insights on portfolio performance.
