The role focuses on modernizing controls platforms, improving forecasting accuracy, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and AI-enabled analytics while guiding a distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document professionals.

Demonstrated leadership of project controls for large, complex integrated design build portfolios.

Responsibilities

Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model.
Establish project controls approaches for design-build and other integrated delivery models.
Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, and change management processes.
Develop leading indicators and executive dashboards for margin, backlog, cash flow, and delivery risk.
Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data, and workflows with automation and AI-enabled forecasting.
Set scalable standards for document management and data quality across projects.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve predictability and client outcomes.
Build and mentor a distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals.
