Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Enterprise Leadership and Governance: Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model.
• Integrated Design-Build and Alternative Delivery: Establish approaches for design-build and other delivery models across planning through closeout.
• Cost, Schedule, and Commercial Controls: Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, variance analysis, and scheduling.
• Portfolio Performance and Risk: Develop leading indicators, reviews, dashboards, and insights for margin, cash flow, and risk.
• Digital Transformation and Innovation: Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data, and workflows; drive automation and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Information and Document Controls: Establish scalable standards for document management and data quality.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to improve outcomes.
• Team and Capability Development: Build a distributed team and career paths for schedulers and cost controllers.
