Nextgen Hospitality Solutions in Monterey Park, CA seeks an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead the back of house in a high-volume, full-service dining room. You’ll oversee line operations, quality, and cost controls while building a strong crew.

Expect strong pay, real authority, and bonus potential as you ensure recipes, plating, and health standards are met, while mentoring cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers across shifts.

• Proven kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong command of food cost, scheduling, and P&L basics.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse kitchen crew.
• Current food safety certification, or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
