Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to help lead a high-volume scratch kitchen alongside the Executive Kitchen Manager. You will ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and guest experiences while coaching a culinary team.

Compensation ranges $70,000-$83,000 per year plus a 10% bonus potential, with a focus on growth, mentorship, and operational excellence to drive team success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep, and line stations under EKM oversight.
• Lead kitchen training, menu roll-outs and system initiatives.
• Participate in hourly kitchen Team Member hiring.
• Mentor Kitchen Managers and Team Members through coaching and performance feedback.
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across the team.
