Job summary

Oxley Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an IT consultant to guide senior leaders in transformation and performance measurement for a federal mission.

You will support C5I systems lifecycle, procurement planning, and portfolio management while leading change initiatives and advancing data-driven improvements. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, coordinating across directors, and delivering executive-level sessions to drive organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Above average experience lifecycle support for C5I systems and IT programs.
• Experience with procurement planning, LCCE, and WBS development.
• Experience with risk analysis, performance tracking, and strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Provides life-cycle support for planning, procurement, portfolio and project management, performance management, asset tracking, and logistics support of USCG C5I systems.
• Formulates strategic and communication plans for C5I programs.
• Executes procurement planning activities, including LCCE and WBS.
• Provides portfolio and project management support with risk analyses.
• Develops performance measurement plans and leverages data analytics to drive improvements.
• Supports system engineering lifecycle and IT architecture strategy.
