Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Executive Partner to advise CIOs and senior IT leaders within State, Local and Federal Government. You will leverage Gartner capabilities and global insights to define strategies, deliver customized service plans, and drive renewals while presenting at ExP events.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in consulting or CxO/CIO roles, strong executive presence, and an ability to build trusted relationships with CXO-level executives across public sector accounts.

Qualifications

• Consulting and/or CxO/CIO roles with 15+ years of tech exposure (AI, BI, ML, cloud, etc.).
• Led or co-led large end-to-end transformative initiatives.
• Deep understanding of IT industry priorities for digital leaders and IT strategy.
• Proven ability to build trust and drive value through Gartner partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25+ members consisting of digital/technology within State, Local and Federal Government organizations.
• Understand members' priorities and help them execute on strategy leveraging Gartner capabilities and market trends.
• Challenge members with new ideas and provide an outside perspective on decisions and direction.
• Define and deliver customized service plans based on member priorities.
• Conduct briefings, strategy sessions and workshops virtual and onsite; arrange analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Partner with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewals; participate in ExP events.
